How long have you been in business?
Our business was started July 31, 2013.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is property and casualty insurance including business insurance, bonds, auto, home and umbrella. We have specialty programs for restaurants, bars, wineries, distilleries and breweries as well as auto repair businesses.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the insurance business for over 35 years. I have the designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). I have worked in Monroe County for 28 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Only 2% of insurance agents in the United States have the CPCU designation. We offer personal service and our phones are answered by real people. We believe in doing business locally when at all possible.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located on West Kirkwood Avenue in Bloomington. We have recently expanded to a different suite in the building with more space and frontage on Kirkwood Avenue. We have 4 agents and a customer service representative.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are just 2 1/2 blocks west of the square between Madison and Rogers Streets on Kirkwood Avenue. Just turn in the alley between the brown stone building and the green building. We are in the brown stone building and parking is free!
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, debit or credit and electronic checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service the state of Indiana. We are also licensed in South Carolina, Michigan, Illinois and Kentucky.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday or by appointment
