Since 1982, , the locally-owned Irish Lion Restaurant & Pub, offers a true taste of Ireland. A restored historic 1882 vintage brick tavern, with cast iron columns, stained glass windows, an 1860 front bar, 1900's mahogany & 1915 oak back bars...it will be sure to remind you of the Old Country.
Offering an Extensive Wine List & Full Bar with over 100 Whiskeys: 116 Single Malt Scotches, 25 Irish Whiskeys, real Irish Meade and Irish Potcheen (available in Ireland only as a white lightning or bootleg). Pouring Bloomington's best tasting pint straight from the barrel, & serving the finest Irish & European imports on draught: Bass, Guinness Stout, Kilkenny, Harp, Leffe, Stella Artois, Hacker Pschorr Weisse, Bitburger, Newcastle and Woodpecker Cider.
Open 11 a.m. daily, outdoor seating, all ages welcome.
